Our shelter is always at capacity. All animals have limited time. Don't delay, contact us if you see an animal(s) you wish to adopt. Time is of the essence! 1/2 of spay or neuter fee is included in the modest adoption fee of $40 if performed at either local vet clinic. All cats/kittens are litter box trained and they have had their first round of shots. You will need the vet to give them their rabies shot. It is not included. Please give a vet prescribed flea control to your cat monthly. Consult vet first about kittens because if too young, it will kill them. The shelter is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 4:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 2:00. Closed Sundays. IF YOU ARE DRIVING FROM A DISTANCE TO SEE OR ADOPT A PARTICULAR CAT, PLEASE CALL THE SHELTER OFFICE AT 731-285-4889 FIRST, TO MAKE SURE IT IS STILL AVAILABLE! We do not hold animals for people. IF TWO OR MORE PEOPLE ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME WANTING THE SAME PET, A NAME WILL BE DRAWN FROM A HAT, IN FAIRNESS TO ALL. NO EXCEPTIONS! ONLY THE PERSON WHO WILL HAVE OWNERSHIP OF THE PET CAN PUT THEIR NAME IN THE HAT (NO MINORS). Cat/kitten adoption fee is $40. We take cash or check only. There are no refunds. Thanks for helping our animals! Boo is a stunning gray striped tabby boy. His shots are up to date, he is neutered, friendly, and has a great personality. I can't say enough good things about this boy. He loves people and wants to go home with a cat lover. I promise he will keep you company and wants to be where you are. He is a sweetheart!
