unlocking Galaxy S3

Planning on getting the S3 (not sure carrier yet) and will want to take it to the Philippines. Roaming charges bit much looking into unlocking it to use with a SIM purchased over there.

Seem simple from watching the youtube clips, anything I should be worried about? Any unlock sites recommended?
